Administrative Rule Notices
Notices of Administrative Financial Services Division administrative
rule activity are posted to this web page. Each initial notice
includes date and locations of public hearings, deadlines for written
comments, instructions for requesting a reasonable accommodation to
participate in the rule making process, and instructions for requesting
placement on the Department of Administration's Interested Persons
Mailing List for administrative rules. Notices of final action are
posted when the public comment period ends.
The official version of administrative rule notices appear in the
Montana Administrative Register published by the Office of the Secretary
of State.
